As we continue to battle the COVID19 pandemic we are implementing a temporary Rent Collection Policy.  

We will do our best to accommodate you during this time.  It is for your protection as well as our staff’s protection that we are implementing this temporary policy.  

Additionally, we will still be sending notices to make an appointment for your Annual Certification.  We will not be meeting in person with resident and will be using information drop off and telephone interviews.  

We are temporarily not doing new application interviews.  We will contact applicant as soon as we are safely able.

We will adjust this information as necessary to make sure we continue providing a safe environment for all involved.

  • 1.    All rents are STILL due and payable on the first (1st) day of each month Failure to pay rent is cause for Lease termination and eviction.  Late notices are sent out on/near the 6th, 10th, and the 15th day of the month.  Legal action is initiated on the 20th day of the month.  If you are unable to pay your rent due to job/income loss directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic please contact the emergency after hours number to discuss your situation with the property manager.  They will give you specific instructions on how to handle this situation.
  • 2.    Rent payments will be received through the drop boxes at your individual properties.  We will not be taking rent person to person.  You must leave your rent payment in the drop box.  If you would like a receipt please call to  request a receipt.
  • 3.    Rent payments are to be in the form of checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders made payable to the individual property where you live.  If your property allows other forms of payment such as a payment portal you can still use that method.  No cash payment accepted!!!
  • 4. NSF – No change.
  • 5. If your property imposes late fees these fees will be suspended for the month of April 2020.
